The program adopts a semester system.
The first semester starts from August to December
The second semester starts from January to May
Tuition (Thai students): THB 33,500 /Semester
Fees (International program, all students): THB 40,000 /Semester
Tuition (Foreign students): THB 93,500 /Semester

Prospective graduate candidates should apply directly to the International Program they are interested in.
Application deadlines vary according to each program. Websites and email contacts are provided with each program’s description.
1. Check the admission requirement information from the admission announcement.
Requirements
(1) Applicants must hold either a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science or Engineering or a related field of study. Minimum GPA of 2.50 for Master’s program and a minimum GPA of 3.00 for Ph.D. program (from 4.00 maximum grade point system).
(2) The English proficiency score must at least meet the standard requirement;
>> Master program: Minimum English proficiency test score of CU-TEP, TOEFL or IELTS score is at least 30, 4 00 or 3.0
>> Ph.D. program: Minimum English proficiency test score of CU-TEP, TOEFL or IELTS score is at least 45, 450 or 4.0.
(Certain conditions applied for graduation depend on English proficiency test score).
or
>> Graduated from a program in English language teaching and learning or an international program (applicant must submit a certificate before the interview date)
*Must have graduated from a university that the Office of Civil Service Commission (OCSC), Thailand guarantees. Our program will verify the applicant’s certificate before the interview date.
(3) Statement of purpose including 2-3 letters of recommendation must be submitted with the application forms. The transcript or proof of degree must also be attached.

2. (For the programs that can be applied online via the graduate school’s system only) Correctly and completely apply the application form in the online admission system.

3. Print out all the documents (.pdf file), which are
(1) The application form, from the online system
(2) Payment slip
(3) Others required documents, see below

4. Make a payment at the bank/credit card indicated on the application system. The banks that you can make the payment to TMB Bank PCL, Krungthai Bank PCL and The Siam Commercial Bank PCL at every branch or credit/debit card.
For the special, after-hour, or international programs, you need to pay the additional fee which the detail can be known from the end of admission announcement of each program.
After upload payment slip in application system, the university will verify the payment after the applicant applies and uploads the application fee payment in the system, and an email will be sent confirming the application.

1. Applications form (download from application system) with the applicant’s signature.
2. Official transcript or official proof of degree.
3. Two Letters of recommendation.
4. Statement of purpose for pursuing higher education in Nanoscience and Technology (for coursework program applicant).
5. Conceptual proposal with approval from prospective advisor (for non-coursework program applicant).
6. Acceptance letter from prospective advisors.
7. Type of scholarship that applicants plan to apply for such as C2F or ASEAN/NON-ASEAN Scholarships (if desired). If no need, please inform as “self support”
